We, the distinguished professionals, elders, leaders, eminent sons and daughters and supporters of Aniocha North, Aniocha South, Oshimili North and Oshimili South Local Government Areas of Delta State, Nigeria, bound by our shared history, cultural heritage, and unwavering commitment to the welfare and advancement of our people, do hereby affirm this Constitution as the supreme framework guiding the vision, governance, unity, and sustainable development of the Njiko AniochaOshimili Association.
